Job summary

Levanta, the creator affiliate platform, is seeking an Agency Enablement Manager to build and scale training, certification, and support for marketing and eCommerce agencies.

You will design a comprehensive curriculum for affiliate and creator services, develop packaging and pricing, and lead programs that enable agencies to deliver Levanta-powered campaigns. You’ll collaborate with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to drive adoption and success.

Qualifications

Substantial experience managing affiliate and creator programs.
Experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service.
Track record turning concepts into scalable programs.
Familiarity with Amazon or other marketplaces' affiliate programs.
Collaborative, cross-functional work style.
Focus on efficiency and scale in education and activation.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver a comprehensive agency curriculum.
Develop end-to-end curriculum including pricing and packaging.
Launch, test, and iterate agency training; gather feedback.
Create scalable learning resources and LMS roadmap.
Establish agency certification and measurement.
Collaborate with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success teams.
Ensure smooth handoffs to ongoing support.
