Job summary

Levanta is recruiting an Agency Enablement Manager to build and scale training, resources, and certification for agency partners in affiliate and creator marketing. You will work with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to package services, drive adoption, and deliver measurable results for agencies and brands.

The role focuses on designing curricula, launching programs, and creating scalable, repeatable processes to educate and activate hundreds of partners within Levanta’s growing

Qualifications

• Substantial affiliate and creator marketing experience.
• Experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service.
• Track record turning programs from concept to scale.
• Familiarity with Amazon and D2C affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch an agency training program for Levanta's partners.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum on affiliate marketing fundamentals, service packaging, pricing, and program management.
• Launch, test, and iterate with initial agency cohorts and gather feedback.
• Create a scalable education roadmap including LMS, on-demand video training, and repeatable learning resources.
• Establish a certified program to assess agency proficiency in Levanta’s platform.
• Collaborate with Agency Partnerships to address adoption barriers and align with partner needs.
• Enable smooth customer handoffs with Agency Customer Success teams.
