Job summary

Levanta, the creator affiliate platform, is seeking an Agency Enablement Manager to help marketing and eCommerce agencies adopt affiliate and creator marketing as a core service offering.

This role will build and scale training, resources, and certification programs agencies need to package and sell these services, successfully manage customer programs, and execute affiliate marketing strategies on Levanta.

Qualifications

• Affiliate and creator marketing expertise.
• Agency service development experience.
• Builder mentality with track record from concept to execution.
• Familiarity with Amazon and D2C affiliate programs.
• Collaborative, relationship-driven approach.
• Focus on efficiency and scale in educating and enabling partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch an agency training program: design and deliver a curriculum for agencies to offer affiliate management services.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering fundamentals, service packaging, pricing, client acquisition, and program management.
• Launch, test, and iterate: train initial agencies, gather feedback, apply learnings.
• Build for scale: roadmap for LMS, on-demand training, and scalable learning resources.
• Establish agency certification: create a program to assess proficiency with affiliate marketing and Levanta’s platform.
• Partner cross-functionally: address barriers and align training with agency needs.
• Enable successful handoffs: collaborate with Customer Success to transition agencies into ongoing support.
