Job summary

Levanta is seeking an Agency Enablement Manager to build and scale training programs for marketing agencies, enabling affiliate and creator services on Levanta.

You will design curricula, certify agencies, and collaborate with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to drive adoption and client referrals.

This role emphasizes scalable education, cross-functional teamwork, and measurable outcomes in a fast-growing creator commerce platform.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing affiliate and creator programs.
• Experience building or growing affiliate services for agencies.
• Track record turning concepts into scalable programs.
• Familiarity with Amazon affiliate marketing and D2C programs.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional work.
• Results-oriented with focus on scalable education and activation.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch an agency training program.
• Design a comprehensive curriculum for agencies.
• Develop end-to-end training covering fundamentals, packaging, and pricing.
• Train agencies, gather feedback, improve curriculum.
• Plan scale with LMS, on-demand video training, and other resources.
• Establish agency certification to assess proficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with Agency Partnerships and Success teams.
• Enable smooth handoffs to customer success teams.
