Job summary

Levanta, a creator affiliate platform, is seeking an Agency Enablement Manager to design and scale training programs for agencies offering affiliate and creator marketing services. You will build curriculum, certification, and scalable resources, collaborating with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to drive adoption and success across partner agencies.

Qualifications

• Substantial affiliate/creator marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service, incl. pricing and delivery models.
• Track record of taking programs from concept to execution and scaling.
• Familiarity with Amazon or other marketplaces and D2C affiliate programs.
• Strong relationship skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Focus on efficiency, process, and scalable education for partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive agency training curriculum for affiliate management.
• Create end-to-end curriculum covering fundamentals, service packaging, pricing, client acquisition, and program execution.
• Launch pilot cohorts, gather feedback, and iterate curriculum and training.
• Develop a scalable plan including LMS, on-demand video training, and repeatable resources.
• Create and implement an agency certification program to assess proficiency in affiliate marketing and Levanta’s platform.
• Collaborate with Agency Partnerships to align training with adoption barriers and partner needs.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Agency Customer Success for ongoing support.
