Job summary

Levanta is seeking an Agency Enablement Manager to lead the creation and scaling of affiliate and creator marketing education for our agency partners. You will build curricula, define packaging and pricing, and develop certification programs to enable agencies to deliver Levanta services effectively.

You will collaborate with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to ensure programs meet partner needs and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Affiliate and creator marketing expertise.
• Agency service development experience.
• Builder mentality with execution track record.
• Amazon and D2C familiarity with affiliate programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch an agency training program.
• Design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum for agencies.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering affiliate marketing fundamentals, service packaging and pricing, client acquisition, and program management and execution.
• Launch, test, and iterate training with an initial cohort of agencies.
• Build for scale with LMS platforms, on-demand video training, and repeatable learning resources.
• Establish agency certification to assess proficiency in affiliate marketing and Levanta’s platform.
• Partner cross-functionally with Agency Partnerships to address barriers to adoption.
• Enable successful customer handoffs with Agency Customer Success.
