Job summary

Levanta is seeking an Agency Enablement Manager to help marketing and eCommerce agencies add affiliate and creator marketing as a core service offering. You will design and scale training, resources, and certification programs, enabling agencies to package, price, and manage affiliate initiatives on Levanta's platform.

Collaborate with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to build a thriving agency ecosystem, train cohorts, and drive measurable outcomes for agencies and their clients.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in affiliate and creator programs.
• Experience building or growing affiliate services for agencies.
• Track record turning concepts into scalable programs.
• Familiarity with Amazon and D2C affiliate programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch an agency training program: design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum for agencies offering affiliate management services.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering fundamentals, service packaging, pricing, client acquisition, and program management.
• Launch, test, and iterate training with initial cohort of agencies and improve based on feedback.
• Build for scale with LMS platforms, on-demand video training, and repeatable learning resources.
• Establish an agency certification to assess proficiency in affiliate marketing and Levanta’s platform.
• Partner with Agency Partnerships to address adoption barriers and align training with agency needs.
• Enable smooth customer handoffs with Agency Customer Success for ongoing support.
