Levanta, a creator affiliate platform for brands and creators, seeks an Agency Enablement Manager to build and scale education for agencies offering affiliate and creator marketing services. You will design curricula, certifications, and scalable learning resources, working with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

You will partner closely with marketing and eCommerce teams to deliver training that enhances service packaging, pricing, and delivery

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing affiliate and creator programs.
• Agency service development experience in affiliate marketing.
• Builder mentality with track record from concept to execution.
• Familiarity with Amazon or other marketplace affiliate marketing and D2C programs.
• Collaborative, relationship-driven approach cross-functionally.
• Focus on efficiency and scale in educating, activating, and supporting agencies.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver a comprehensive agency training curriculum for affiliate management services.
• Create end-to-end curriculum covering fundamentals, packaging, pricing, client acquisition, and program execution.
• Pilot training cohorts, gather feedback, and iterate curriculum to improve the experience.
• Develop a scalable learning roadmap including LMS, on-demand video training, and repeatable resources.
• Establish an agency certification program aligned with Levanta’s platform and partner needs.
• Collaborate with Agency Partnerships to address adoption barriers and reflect agency needs.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Agency Customer Success for ongoing support.
