Job summary

Levanta is a creator affiliate platform helping brands, creators, publishers, and marketplaces collaborate across channels. We are seeking an Agency Enablement Manager to build and scale the training, resources, and certification programs agencies need to offer and sell affiliate and creator marketing services on Levanta.

You’ll work closely with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to create a thriving ecosystem, design end-to-end curricula, and drive adoption and success for partner

Qualifications

• Substantial experience building or growing affiliate/creator programs.
• Experience packaging services, pricing, and delivery models for agencies.
• Ability to design scalable training and certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch a comprehensive agency training program.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering fundamentals, packaging, pricing, and delivery.
• Launch, test, and iterate with initial cohort of agencies to improve experience.
• Build scale with LMS, on-demand video training, and repeatable resources.
• Establish a certification program to assess agency proficiency in Levanta’s platform.
• Collaborate with Agency Partnerships to address adoption barriers.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Agency Customer Success for ongoing support.
