Job summary

Levanta is seeking an Agency Enablement Manager to scale affiliate and creator marketing education for agencies, packaging services, and certification programs. This role will design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum to help agencies offer affiliate management as a core service on Levanta’s platform.

You will collaborate with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to build an ecosystem of training resources, LMS platforms, and on-demand content, enabling agencies to grow and drive client

Qualifications

• Substantial affiliate and creator marketing experience.
• Experience building or growing agency services (pricing, packaging, delivery).
• Builder mentality with track record from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch an agency training program with a comprehensive curriculum.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering fundamentals, packaging, pricing, and program management.
• Launch, test, and iterate with an initial cohort and apply learnings to improve training.
• Plan scale with LMS platforms, on-demand video training, and repeatable resources.
• Establish an agency certification to assess proficiency in affiliate marketing on Levanta.
• Collaborate with Agency Partnerships to remove adoption barriers and tailor trainings.
• Enable smooth customer handoffs with Agency Customer Success.
