Job summary

Levanta is seeking an Agency Enablement Manager to scale affiliate and creator marketing services for brands and agencies. You will design training, certification programs, and service packaging to help agencies offer Levanta-powered programs and manage client campaigns.

You will partner with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to build scalable education resources, launch an initial cohort, and create a repeatable path from onboarding to ongoing support across Levanta’s platform.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing affiliate and creator programs, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service, including packaging and pricing.
• Track record of turning programs from concept to scalable execution with repeatable processes.
• Familiarity with Amazon or other marketplaces' affiliate programs and D2C partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch a comprehensive agency training program for affiliate management services.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering fundamentals, service packaging, pricing, and program execution.
• Launch, test, and iterate with an initial cohort of agencies and apply insights to improve the curriculum.
• Build scalable education resources (LMS, on-demand video) and certification programs.
