Naked MD is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to manage the patient experience, ensure trays and rooms are ready, and keep the studio running smoothly from opening to close. You’ll open/close the studio, manage inventory, support front desk, coordinate provider breaks, and maintain accurate patient documentation with care and discretion.

A calm, kind presence and strong organization are essential; Friday and Saturday availability is required.

Competenze

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping tasks.
• Willingness to learn and grow in aesthetics.

Mansioni

• Prep and verify all procedure trays before they’re needed.
• Open and close the studio, including inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a high standard.
• Keep team aligned on daily goals and provider schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to avoid delays.
• Restock supplies proactively and monitor stock levels.
