Naked MD is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of our studio. You’ll ensure flawless patient flow, prep trays, manage inventory, and keep the front desk coordinated with the team. This role is foundational to delivering our high‑touch aesthetic experience.

You’ll work full-time, supporting providers, managing schedules, and maintaining room readiness across shifts. A calm, organized presence with a patient‑first mindset is essential in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Precise tray prep and inventory counts are required.
• Proactive anticipation of the schedule and patient flow.
• Ownership and accountability for studio state and standards.
• Reliability to support providers and patients consistently.
• Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision before use.
• Open and close the studio and perform full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to an impeccable standard across shifts.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and breaks.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to avoid schedule stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies; anticipate needs before running out.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation, photos, and treatment records.
• Uphold patient dignity and ensure exceptional care.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed; handle check-ins/outs.
