Naked MD is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to streamline the patient experience in our studio. You’ll ensure trays are prepared, rooms are clean, and the daily schedule runs smoothly, enabling providers to perform effectively.

This full-time role requires reliability, precision, and a proactive approach, with Friday and Saturday availability and a willingness to assist front desk tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Role requires precise inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking.
• Must be available on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus, willingness to learn.
• Ability to support front desk tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify procedure trays before use.
• Open/close studio and manage full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to high standards.
• Coordinate provider breaks and daily studio flow.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain patient documentation including photos and treatment records.
• Support front desk/concierge tasks as needed.
