This fully on-site role requires precision, reliability, and Friday/Saturday availability, with opportunities to grow in aesthetics. • Precision in inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking.
• Ability to anticipate schedule and patient flow throughout shifts.
• Ownership and accountability for studio standards and patient safety.
• Reliability to support a fast-paced aesthetics environment.
• Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Prep and verify all procedure trays before they’re needed.
• Open and close the studio, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to impeccable standards.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals and studio flow.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to avoid delays.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain patient documentation with photos and records.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed.
