Naked MD seeks a full-time Aesthetic Coordinator to run the studio operations with precision and care. You will prepare and verify procedure trays, open/close the studio, maintain rooms, and ensure every shift starts on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus; willingness to learn counts for a lot here.
• Ability to manage trays and inventory accurately.
• Calm, kind presence in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting and treatment records.
• Uphold every patient's dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed.
