Job summary

NakedMD in Newport Beach is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to act as the air traffic controller of the studio, ensuring flawless patient flow and flawless tray prep. You’ll open/close the studio, maintain rooms and back office, and keep the team aligned on daily goals and schedules.

This role is highly operational and foundational, requiring a calm presence, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to exceptional patient care. Friday and Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Precision in inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking.
• Ability to anticipate schedule needs.
• Ownership and accountability for studio standards.
• Reliability and teamwork to support providers and patients.
• Weekend availability (Friday and Saturday) required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision — ready before needed.
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to an impeccable standard — room to room, shift to shift.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — check-in/out, rooming patients, and assist where needed.
