Job summary

Rivian is hiring an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join the Service team during peak seasonal periods. You will help ensure seamless care for Rivian owners, manage inventory readiness, and support technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks.

This role is designed as an entry path toward a future as a Service Technician, with hands-on training and structured mentorship. Expect dynamic, cross-functional work across vehicle operations, service support, and training programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced service environment.
• Comfort with using basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Must be able to work a flexible 40-hour week, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle & site operations: receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory.
• Service production support: assist technicians with Pre-Delivery Inspection tasks.
• Training & career development: participate in TRAIL program and Rivian Learning modules.
• Provide cross-functional support to ensure site success and technical training focus.
