Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join our Service team during peak seasonal periods. You will be on the front lines, helping our team deliver seamless care and keep Rivians ready for every journey.

This entry point role offers hands-on training across vehicle operations, service production support, and a clear path toward a Service Technician role through TRAIL and RLN modules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in automotive repair, mechanical maintenance, or related fields is highly preferred.
• Strong desire to learn and hands-on problem solving are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work a flexible 40-hour week, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle intake and processing at the site to ensure quick turnover.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks under supervision.
• Support workshop readiness by maintaining tools and equipment.
• Participate in TRAIL program and Rivian Learning Network modules for growth.
• Provide cross-functional support to other areas as needed to keep site running smoothly.
