Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join the Service team during peak seasonal periods, helping deliver seamless care and keep Rivians ready for journeys ahead. This entry point offers hands-on learning focused on preparing you for a future as a Service Technician.

You’ll work across three areas—Vehicle & Site Operations, Service Production Support, and Training & Career Development—while staying adaptable and customer‑facing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle & Site Operations: receive, inspect and process incoming vehicle inventory; maintain vehicle quality and delivery readiness; manage logistics and 5S compliant site.
• Service Production Support: assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks; learn to use hand and power tools under supervision; maintain tool readiness.
• Training & Career Development: participate in the TRAIL program; receive mentorship and on‑the‑job training; complete RLN modules; explore a long‑term Service Technician path.
