Mercy seeks an Advanced Patient Service Specialist to mentor teammates and lead process improvements within patient service workflows. You will collaborate with pre-certification to ensure alignment with payer requirements and new technologies, communicating changes across the department to promote efficiency.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate a complex healthcare environment while supporting Mercy's mission and patient care standards.

Competenze

• Proficiency with computers, typing and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient scheduling/pre-authorization processes.
