Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in healthcare settings is required or strongly preferred.
• CHL or similar supervisory certification preferred; BLS certification preferred.
• Experience coaching, evaluating staff, and managing onboarding/training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise healthcare support staff in daily operations and patient flow.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution to meet patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and organizational policies.
• Monitor performance metrics and patient service standards.
• Conduct coaching, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.
