Roles include handling scheduling, verification, and insurance processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service with strong communication.
• Ability to interact with customers of all ages with tact.
• Familiarity with scheduling, pre-authorization, referrals.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with insurance verification and pre-certification.
• Comfort with ambiguity and sound decision making.
