We are seeking a dependable, organized, and service-oriented Administrative Coordinator / Workplace Services Support professional to join our team in Somerville, MA. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support in a fast-paced environment.
You will serve as a key point of contact at our walk-up service counter and front desk, assist employees and visitors, manage office inventory and signage, and ensure conference spaces are fully operational.
