This highly visible, student-facing position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries while providing courteous and efficient service.
The successful candidate will greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors; answer and direct incoming calls; triage questions; and connect individuals with the appropriate department, resource, or staff member. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
