Qualifications

  • 2+ years of office administration, receptionist, executive support, or administrative assistant experience.
  • Experience serving as the first point of contact in a professional office environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience processing financial transactions, invoices, expenses, or account-related documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Office Administrator / Reception Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, agents, and business partners within a professional office environment. This position is responsible for front desk reception, administrative support, financial processing, office operations, facilities coordination, and agent support activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Core responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $21.00 and $30.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
