Responsibilities

• Process payments for multiple payment types including international wire transfers.
• Review and verify vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Process vouchers for payment using various accounting systems.
• Set up new vendors and ensure payment policy compliance.
• Resolve vendor account discrepancies and communicate with departments.
• Assist external customers with electronic invoicing and payments.
• Provide payables support to Finance team and Motion branches.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
