Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and verify vendor invoices and payment requests for accuracy.
• Process vouchers for payment using multiple accounting systems.
• Maintain vendor master records in ERP systems.
• Verify new vendor setup and banking information for ACH/wire payments.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely vendor payments per company policies.
• Assist external customers with electronic invoicing and payments.
• Resolve vendor account discrepancies and coordinate with departments.
