Randstad USA is building a talent pipeline of skilled accounting professionals for upcoming Accounts Payable Specialist opportunities in the Irvine/Orange County area.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing and vendor management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle AP processing with 2-way and 3-way matching.
• Prepare and run weekly payments via ACH, wires, checks, and corporate cards.
• Serve as primary vendor contact and maintain vendor records.
• Reconcile vendor statements and unvouchered PO reports.
• Assist month-end close including accruals and AP ledger balancing.
• Assist with 1099-MISC/1099-NEC preparation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
