Job summary

Transfr is seeking an Account Manager to own end-to-end renewals for a portfolio of approximately 250 partners in a remote-friendly environment. You will use health data and engagement insights to drive timely renewals, forecast accurately, and collaborate with teams to uncover growth opportunities.

You will balance automated outreach with personalized engagement, protecting recurring revenue and expanding partnerships across education, workforce development, and public-sector customers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, renewals, or customer success.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of ~250 partners.
• Leverage health data and engagement insights to prioritize outreach.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and update Salesforce with activity.
• Identify upsell and multi-year opportunities with internal teams.
