Transfr is seeking an Account Manager to drive customer renewals and manage a portfolio of about 250 partner accounts in a remote-first environment. You will leverage health data, forecast renewals, and identify upsell opportunities to protect recurring revenue and support growth across education, workforce development and public-sector customers.

Ideal candidates are data-driven, organized, and skilled at balancing automated outreach with personalized engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, renewals, or customer success.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Experience with automated email sequencing or scaled customer success programs.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 accounts, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing churn.
• Prioritize account outreach using health data and engagement insights.
• Manage and refine automated renewal email cadences with timely, personalized follow-up.
• Identify growth opportunities with Customer Success and internal teams to resolve renewal challenges and mitigate risks.
• Keep Salesforce updated with renewal activity, quotes, and communications; deliver accurate forecasts.
