Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role offering control of your time and income while targeting local businesses with payment processing solutions.

You’ll work remotely within the US, with activation bonuses, residuals, and uncapped commissions. Health benefits and a 401K are provided, along with training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with Xplor’s core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
