Job summary

Xplor is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, flexible schedules, and monthly residuals. You will educate merchants on payment processing, close deals, and grow a portfolio with full training and support.

Remote work is allowed in this role, with in-field activity in your team region. Compensation includes activation bonuses and a Presidents Club incentive program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
