Xplor is seeking an Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, offering flexible scheduling and the freedom to manage your time and income.

You’ll engage local businesses, educate owners on payment solutions, and close deals to earn activations and ongoing commissions. Qualified candidates have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, knowledge of merchant services, and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling with ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsabilités

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
