Xplor Education is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive payment processing solutions within the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and flexible scheduling, designed for self-driven individuals.

You will engage local businesses, educate owners on cost savings, close deals, and enjoy activation bonuses and long-term residuals, plus training and mentorship. This role offers W2 status, health benefits and 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Aligns with core values and is a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
