Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in the payment solutions space. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, residual income, and a portfolio ownership component, with the freedom to manage your time and schedule.

You will prospect, educate, and close deals with businesses, receive activation bonuses and ongoing commissions, and work remotely within the United States, leveraging training and ongoing support from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
