Job summary

Xplor, a leader in modern vertical software and payments, is seeking a motivated Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, flexible hours, and the autonomy to manage your own pipeline.

You will go directly to local businesses to present payment processing solutions, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals to unlock activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
