Job summary

U.S. Xpress is seeking a Supervisor II Account to lead and develop drivers for assigned accounts, addressing customer service issues and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will monitor safety metrics, coach performance, and optimize equipment utilization to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in operations with a background in fleet management or load planning, and a strong understanding of DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Equivalent years of experience defined as one year of professional experience per year of college requested.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop drivers for assigned accounts.
• Address customer service issues or complaints.
• Meet customer needs and demands and improve satisfaction and retention.
• Coach drivers on performance and behavior expectations.
• Coordinate driver loads and equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operations.
