• Supervise driver performance to balance business and driver needs.
• Coach drivers using High Performance Coaching techniques.
• Ensure top-tier service through proactive communication and relationships.
• Plan driver loads and manage equipment utilization to meet on-time service.
• Coordinate driver physicals and CDL renewal deadlines with Safety Department.
• Use systems like AS400 and XPM to boost productivity.
