Responsibilities

• Promote safety metrics and KPIs for service pickup, deadhead, and weekly assignments.
• Supervise driver performance to balance business and driver needs.
• Coach drivers on performance or behavior using High Performance Coaching.
• Maintain high service levels with strong relationships and proactive communication.
• Maximize profitability through efficient equipment utilization.
• Foster win/win outcomes for driver and customer satisfaction.
• Handle sensitive issues and driver disputes with clear communication.
• Plan driver loads based on availability and PTA, ensuring on-time service.
• Coordinate with drivers on physicals, random drug screens, CDL renewals.
• Utilize AS400 and XPM systems; collaborate across departments.
• Perform yard duties and assist others in achieving objectives.
