Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years operations experience including customer service or load planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop drivers for assigned accounts.
• Address customer service issues or complaints and ensure on-time shipments.
• Promote safety metrics and monitor service performance.
• Coach drivers using high-performance coaching to meet expectations.
• Coordinate with Safety and other departments to manage logistics.
