Job summary

Fidelity is seeking an Accommodation Advisor in Durham, NC to lead the interactive accommodation process for associates with disabilities under ADA/ADAAA. You will collaborate with Legal, HR, and business units to implement tailored accommodations that enable employees to perform essential functions.

Requirements include experience with FMLA/leave management and ADAAA, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage a large caseload while ensuring compliance and consistent

Qualifications

• Experience with ADA/ADAAA and FMLA/Leave management preferred.
• Strong ability to advise, influence, and collaborate across levels including Legal and HR partners.
• Ability to analyze complex accommodation cases and draft tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interactive accommodation process for associates with disabilities under ADA/ADAAA.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, and business partners to implement accommodations.
• Educate associates on leave and accommodation policies via calls and written correspondence.
• Manage a caseload of 200–250 complex accommodation requests with thorough documentation.
