Your role is to ensure the firm remains compliant with ADAAA guidelines set forth by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), while minimizing risk by identifying creative and reasonable accommodations that enable associates to perform the essential functions of their roles. You will collaborate with key stakeholders—including Legal, Business Unit HR, Corporate Technology, and others—to influence decision-making and implement tailored solutions. This centralized team manages requests for accommodations due to disability for Fidelity’s US based associates.Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
