Job summary

First Horizon Bank seeks an Accommodations Case Manager to lead end-to-end ADA/ADAAA accommodation cases for associates. You will coordinate with HR Partners, IT, vendors, and leadership to implement solutions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance across complex leave interactions.

On-site in Memphis, TN or Charlotte, NC, the role focuses on timely, empathetic case handling, escalation where needed, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; 3–5+ years in ADA/ADAAA accommodations.
• Experience with third-party vendors and EAP; escalation management.
• Familiarity with FMLA/STD/LTD interplay and leave laws.
• Strong confidentiality and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, triage, and end-to-end accommodation cases.
• Lead interactive process, analyze essential job functions and medical docs.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, facilities, and vendors to implement accommodations.
• Maintain communication and update milestones.
• Support life events and connect to ComPsych/resources.
• Ensure ADA/ADAAA, PWFA, Title VII compliance.
