Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program, overseeing access control administration, badge lifecycle, biometric readers, and secure-space governance across EY's real estate portfolio.

The role partners with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure secure, compliant access management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations, access control administration, workplace security, facilities security, or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems such as C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of badge management, biometric access controls, and restricted-space administration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
