Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program, overseeing access control administration, badge lifecycle, biometric access, and security compliance across EY's real estate portfolio.

The role partners with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure secure, scalable access management and support for office construction and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure/Lenel/Genetec).
• Experience managing access governance and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalations, and process improvements.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Coach and mentor team members on security best practices.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure system.
• Ensure provisioning/removal of physical access permissions.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and audits for compliance.
• Maintain segregation of duties and access controls.
• Support internal/external security audits and investigations.
• Liaise between Physical Security and Facilities Asset Management.
• Coordinate access provisioning/deprovisioning activities.
• Oversee biometric access management and secure-space authorizations.
• Support badge reader deployments and troubleshooting.
• Maintain personnel records and access inventories.
