Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate for 1Badge Operations, responsible for leading the firm’s 1Badge Physical Security program and supervising access control administration, biometric access controls, and secure-space governance across EY real estate.

This role collaborates with Physical Security, Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure secure, compliant access management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec, or equivalent).
• Experience managing physical access governance and security compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of badge management, biometric access controls, and restricted-space administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
