Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate – 1Badge Operations to lead the firm’s Physical Security program for access control, badge lifecycle, biometrics, and secure-space governance across its real estate portfolio.

You will collaborate with Physical Security, Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, and Enterprise Technology to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable access management. The role requires leadership and governance across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–8+ years of physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Strong badge management, biometric access controls, and restricted-space administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system.
• Coordinate access provisioning/deprovisioning with Facilities Asset Management (FAM).
• Manage biometric access, secure-space approvals, and badge reader deployments.
• Ensure compliance with access governance and security policies.
