Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate – 1Badge Operations to lead the physical security program across EY’s real estate portfolio. You will oversee the 1Badge team, manage access governance, badge lifecycle, biometrics, and secure-space administration while coordinating with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience, and Global Security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure/Lenel/Genetec).
• Experience managing security governance and compliance programs.
• Knowledge of badge management, biometric controls, and restricted-space administration.
• Strong cross-functional partnership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Oversee administration and governance of the access control system.
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and audit readiness.
• Manage badge lifecycle, biometric access, and restricted areas.
