Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program. You will supervise a team handling badge lifecycle, access governance, biometric controls, and security compliance across EY’s real estate portfolio.

This role coordinates with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, and Global Security to ensure secure, scalable access management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Experience managing physical access governance and security compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the EY 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Oversee administration and governance of the access control system and verify provisioning/removal of permissions.
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management and other stakeholders on access provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Manage secure spaces, biometric-controlled areas, and restricted work environments, ensuring compliance.
• Direct lifecycle management of badges and handling of escalations and exceptions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or related field
